“Our Detroit style pizzas are “naturally-leavened” — meaning we use a sourdough starter exclusively in place of any commercial yeast — giving it a better flavor and making it easier to eat.
We use a cheese blend of aged mozzarella, and the classic brick cheese, giving the edges the perfect “frico” crust and fried cheese crown, then top it with our slightly sweet, rustic marinara!”
