Jules came to Sarasota from Toronto in 2020 — and, decided to never leave… He is a sixth generation baker — Jules’ father was the in house baker at a few different Michelin starred restaurants in France before moving his family to Canada! Jules met Brad, who was working for the family bakery, and called him to come to SRQ to open a bakery together…. Brad is an accomplished baker as well!
