About the Flight Selection
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ale
New Belgium Brewing Co. | Fort Collins, CO | 6% ABV | 12 IBU | $1.70/12oz
I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream beer! This is New Belgium’s newest collaboration with Ben & Jerry’s. To craft this confection, we dove into our favorite chocolate chip cookie recipes for inspiration, and then whipped hefty doses of chocolate, brown sugar and vanilla into a dough-hued blonde ale base. The result is a full-bodied beer that seduces with a perfect balance of vanilla and chocolate, and finishes with just the right amount of sweetness. Put down the spoon, pick up a pint. Limited release for 2016.
Bière de Garde
Tahoe Mountain Brewing Co. | Tahoe City, CA | 5.9% ABV | $13.99/16.9oz
A limited-release, small-batch ale created from a blend of sherry barrel-aged and barrel fermented batches. Using both Saison and Brettanomyces yeasts adds a peppery and tart character to the malty backbone and delicate hop aroma.
Brouwerij Van Honsebrouck | Emelgem, Belgium | 11% ABV | $5.99/11.2oz
After extensive tasting, trying to fulfil increasingly strict requirements, the brewmaster obtains a creamy dark Belgian brown ale: Kasteelbier. The quality of the past is still unmatched and the beloved taste is very much of the present. Kasteelbier is a dark, artisanal beer, soft and mild, full and creamy. It can age for many, many years, as indicated on the bottle. Best enjoyed at 12°C (54°F) in a goblet.
Breakside Brewery | Portland, OR | 6.7% ABV | 50 IBU | $4.99/22oz
A golden IPA made with five different hops. Intense grapefruit and dank notes with a crisp finish. Bronze medal at the 2014 Great American Beer Festival (third best IPA in the U.S.A.)!

Feel free to browse around the shop and visit with others while you enjoy your beer tastes.
